With over thirty years of experience providing leadership to the higher education and community services sectors, 90percent’s director, Margi MacGregor, draws on her extensive training in organisational psychology to identify the source of organisational challenges, and propose evidence-based solutions to support continuous improvement.
Margi is a lifelong learner with Masters degrees in Counselling, Organisational Psychology and Professional Psychology, and Diplomas in Training Design and Development, and Vocational Education and Training, amongst her qualifications.
Digby Hart’s Health, Safety, Environment and Quality expertise has been honed through a extensive range of industry partnerships , including off-shore oil and gas suppliers, government, defence, construction, transport and logistics.
