A registered psychologist, Margi has a passion for improving Australians’ mental health literacy through developing psychosocially safe and healthy workplaces, and supporting groups and individuals to identify and achieve their professional and personal development goals.
As a Mental Health First Aid instructor since 2010, and consultant trainer of new instructors, Margi enjoys working with adult learners, creating safe environments which invite playful discovery, and optimise insight and growth.
Through skilful facilitation, Margi encourages meaningful connection with content and process, underpinned by respectful interactions. With over 15 years’ experience working with Aboriginal people in the Northern Territory, Margi prioritises culturally competent practices and cultural safety.
Margi is licensed to instruct the Standard, Youth and Older Person Mental Health First Aid courses, along with the Standard Mental Health First Aid Refresher course, and welcomes the opportunity to offer the workshops throughout Australia.
